Hi, I have a Hori VLX that the touchpad is not working on. Basically it has the EZ Mod with Brook UFB and in the process of trying to connect the touchpad ribbon cable to the EZ Mod board, I think I damaged it. I haven't seen what the cable looks like on the other end, the side connected to the actual touch device, but I'm pretty sure the side that plugs into the PCB is toast. Is there anywhere I can get a touchpad kit for the VLX or maybe just the cable I can replace? How hard would it be to remove the current touchpad and re-cable it? Please let me know.
