Help with Fanta stick (not registering 2 corners)

so I installed a Fanta stick (myoungshing fanta from etokki) I installed it on my Acteck stick (old design) its a project....

anyway when i went to test it, basic directions (up, down, left, right) work fine... (right corner, and low corner) work fine.... (its the two remainding corners) that dont work at all...

any ideas or suggestions?
