HORI 360 Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Arcade Stick worked on older win 7 64 pc but not new win 7 64 pc

Hey Guys

Was reading through the tech talk Absolute Question and Answer Thread (ASK YOUR QUESTIONS HERE!) and Info Thread: Rules, FAQs and Tutorials Inside. (READ THIS BEFORE HITTING THAT NEW THREAD BUTTON!) but couldn't find anything similar really apart from [DRIVER RELEASE]HORI FIGHTING STICK 3 ON PC thread.

Ok what I do is plug in http://stores.horiusa.com/-strse-166/Xbox-360-Tekken-Tag/Detail.bok into usb ports in PC and within Device Manager under Other Devices appears STICK AP, now I google STICK AP and there is no entry of it or others having a similar problem. I installed XBCD and also the official Microsoft XBOX 360 controller for Windows 7 64 bit software, but still STICK AP under Device Details says

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

I update driver and point towards XBCD driver folder but it says Windows was unable to install your STICK AP

So I am out of ideas, please help as just wanted to play some SSF4 AE ver 2012 on PC etc
