Recomendentions about a new PC

Hallo you guys.
I need your help on choosing a new PC that I will use for playing Street Fighter games.
Let me explain some points:
- I (usually) play ONLY Street Fighter (SSF4 AE at the moment) and use other softwares such Vegas Movie Studio and Photoshop
- My actual PC runs SSF4 AE really nice, but I was thinking of getting Street Fighter x Tekken, and I made a test at "Can You RUN it" website ( http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri ) and my PC didn't match the specifications.
what do you guys think of these configurations? which one should I get?

and here one last and very important question: do you guys think that I will be able to run ULTRA Street Fighter 4 with one of these machines in the next year?
