Questions about modding a PS3 Fight Stick

So I am making a silly noob question, what do I need to mod a PS3 SFXT Fightstick Pro to work on PC and 360 as well?

I am confident in my modding abilities, but simple is better. A friend of mine is moving soon, and wanted to sell me his stick for $40, so I figured I might as well add another one to the collection.
