[EU] Buying a FS - options

Hello,

I've been trying to buy a new stick for a while now. The unfortunate thing is not only my budget (85 USD max) but also the country where I live (Czech republic - 29 for shipping srsly Amazon?!).

Yes I've googled stuff but mostly there were posts about some amazing discounts - 70 for a Madcatz stick and shit (the cheapest I found was over 100 used).

I've tried Amazon, eBay (shipping, sigh), Eightarc and some arcade-parts stores.

An alternative is modding - there the problem for me is that I'm a complete novice about this stuff so understandably I would like to avoid soldering completely.

So:

1. Buying a new one - have I missed any sources? Should I expect any more discounts? Stores?

2. Buying a used one - does anybody sell any used sticks with Sanwa parts in Europe?

3. Modding - how would I do that? The general idea is get a cheap stick that has good case and then buy parts and replace it. So what cheap stick would I buy? My requirement would be to completely avoid soldering. Would this be cheaper than buying a used one?

4. Building one - probably my last resort option since I don't think I will be able to avoid soldering or something more advanced if I want to build one from scratch. And most stick-builders live in the USA. Anyway - anything I should be aware of was I to go this way? From watching videos I would need a case or make one, a gamepad (that I thankfully have) and some other electroics tools.

I'm on PC

Thanks in advance for all replies.
