Benq RL2460HT Streaming PS3 video

I got this monitor so I can possibly stream PS3 content. I have the HDMI Out running to my el gato game capture hd. It's not working, I would just like to know if I did something wrong during setup or if this is just another case of HDCP screwing everything up.
